Biography

Joe is specialising in Stage Management and Lighting Design for his final year at BOVTS and is looking to go into a Stage Management career. As part of his final year he is currently Lighting Designer for Pride and Prejudice at The Mount Without and Stage Managing a Theatre in Education Tour of The Red Shoes, The Ugly Duckling and Other Tales.

Previous credits include: DSM – Macbeth (Bristol Old Vic, Weston Studio), Sound Designer – Absolute Scenes (The Marble Factory), ASM Dep – Robin Hood (Bristol Old Vic), ASM – Hedda (Bristol Old Vic), ASM – Buzzing (Streamed Online).

Students developing and growing in confidence during their time here, seeing their work reaching professional standards in approach and execution; a student who intends to be a stage manager producing a wonderful sound design; a first year student making a lovely recording of a song for their recording project; tracking the careers of former students and seeing them be successful; being able to find a job opportunity for a recent graduate.
