Biography

Joe is specialising in production management in his final year at BOVTS. He has grown up in the performance industry and he was curious about how productions are created. He has a strong understanding and skill set of all disciplines which have helped him progress towards his goal of working in a production management team.

Credits include; Assistant Production Manager: Macbeth (BOV Main house), Romeo and Juliet (Redgrave Theatre), Sammy and the Sea Morgans (Live Streamed- Devised), Pride and Prejudice (Mount Without- Site Specific), Last Days of Judas Iscariot (The Station- Site Specific), Follow the Star (School Tour)

Construction Manager: Macbeth (BOV Main Stage) and Romeo and Juliet (Redgrave Theatre)

Other credits: ASM for 3 Seagulls (Directed by Sally Cookson on BOV’s Main Stage), Junior Technician (Glastonbury Festival 2019), DSM for Chicago (McMillan Theatre) and DSM for Katie Jonson (Wardrobe Theatre)

Students developing and growing in confidence during their time here, seeing their work reaching professional standards in approach and execution; a student who intends to be a stage manager producing a wonderful sound design; a first year student making a lovely recording of a song for their recording project; tracking the careers of former students and seeing them be successful; being able to find a job opportunity for a recent graduate.
