BOVTS Workshop Summer Courses in partnership with Boomsatsuma

These workshops will be a fun and challenging introduction to the world of production arts.

Have you ever wondered how a set is constructed? Or how the lighting rig might work? Our introductory sessions aim to introduce you to these concepts and to the wonderful world of production arts.

You can choose from a range of half-day workshops including lighting, sound and prop construction and you’re also very welcome to apply for multiple workshops – we also offer discounts to those attending more than one workshop.

Sessions are led by professional DBS-cleared tutors who teach on the Production Arts BA course at BOVTS.

The workshops are primarily aimed at students currently completing Year 11 and Year 10 who might like to find out more about working in theatre. You’ll gain new skills, meet like-minded individuals and find out more about potential careers in theatre.
