Virtual Open Day for Creative and Technical Theatre

Saturday 17 October, 09:30 - 12:00 (BST)

Our virtual open day is designed for students interested in pursuing one of our creative or technical undergraduate or postgraduate degree courses.

Please note that this event focuses on our courses training students for off-stage or off-camera careers. Students interested in Professional Acting courses are invited to join our mailing list to find out more about training at BOVTS and future virtual opportunities. For example, you may be interested in our acting outreach webinar which you can find out more about here.

About the day

Due to Covid-19, we’re unable to hold our normal autumn open days at the School. Instead, our course leaders, current students and alumni will be available online to tell you more about our training and student life.

You’ll also be able to meet virtually with our support staff to find out more about making your application, fees and funding, accommodation and student support.

Timings are currently being finalised, but you can use the registration form to book your place. Once the programme for the day is finalised, we will email you with further information about how to join your sessions of interest.

Some staff will be sharing slides and videos, so we recommend attending the virtual open morning on a computer or tablet device with a good quality broadband connection.

The School is in a beautiful part of Bristol, overlooking a huge park called the Downs. We sometimes take advantage of our close proximity to the Downs during the summer term, practising fight and dance routines, or voice or singing classes! Dan Hall, BA Professional Acting student
