Victoria began her career in finance in the National Health Service. She qualified as a Management Accountant with Radiodetection - a global multi-technology company in 1995 and during her time with the Company held a number of senior financial positions in the Bristol head office of the international group, covering commercial, group and operational roles. She also gained a Master of Business Administration in 2002.
In 2002 Victoria joined an organisation which became part of Magellan Aerospace Corporation - a global supplier of aerospace systems and components, and whilst there achieved the position of Chief Financial Officer of the UK operation.
Victoria took the opportunity in 2006 to change industries and moved into the public and charity sector. As Finance Director of Bristol Old Vic Theatre School she oversees the support team of the School which includes, finance, human resources and administration. She is a member of the School’s senior management team playing her part in the strategic direction of the organisation.
